All Labor Day Weekend, Margaritaville properties will celebrate Jimmy Buffett Day with events, programs, room packages, retail offerings, and more in support of Singing for Change, created by Jimmy Buffett, and other charitable organizations.

We hope you will find your way to Margaritaville that weekend, but if you can’t, we encourage you to find a way to be of service to make an impact in your community.

This moment in time will allow us to celebrate Jimmy Buffett's legacy in and around Margaritaville by giving back to our communities. Most importantly, we will honor Jimmy by doing what he did best – connect with people in a genuine way, quietly make noise, and honor his wish for us to "keep the party going"!

A Look Back

For the first ever Jimmy Buffett Day and Day of Service, Margaritaville properties including hotels, resorts, restaurants, communities, home office, vendors, and partners participated in the celebration with thousands of dollars raised for charity and hundreds of volunteer hours logged with beach and lake cleanups, visits to non-profits, animal adoptions, and so much more. And the celebration was global with our locations in Belize, Canada, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico all taking part.
